Challenge
The website division started recording sales in October 2025. It needed to become a real sales channel, not just a brochure.
Approach
- Managed the website and digital ads as one sales channel, from visit to quotation, PO and invoice.
- Followed up quotations sent from website leads, including one sent in August that closed in September.
- Raised ad spend only as returns improved, and focused on B2B buyers.
Result
- The website brought in a mosque project in Morowali worth Rp1.55B in September 2026, more than 2.5x all regular sales from January to September.
- Without that project, Q3 2026 sales reached Rp412M, 3.1x Q1 and 7.5x Q2. September alone was Rp171M, the best regular month of the year.
- Every Rp1 of ads returned Rp5.8 in sales in July–August, up from Rp2.6 in the first half. July was the website division's first profitable month after salaries and operations.
- 23 of 34 transactions in July–September came from companies (PT/CV), including listed companies, with several repeat orders.
