Challenge

MileApp, a field-operations and logistics SaaS, had no organic acquisition channel. Growth depended on sales outreach and paid campaigns, and the company wanted to reach logistics teams across Southeast Asia, not only Indonesia.

Approach

  • Fixed the technical foundation so the website and app pages could be crawled and indexed cleanly.
  • Built an MCP integration between Polylang (WordPress) and Next.js, so content and its translations are managed in one place and published to the Next.js site.
  • Enabled multi-language SEO on top of it, so each Southeast Asian market gets pages in its own language and search terms.
  • Built a keyword strategy around the jobs logistics teams search for, then turned it into content plans and SEO briefs matched to search intent.
  • Reworked the sign-up funnel with UX changes on high-intent pages.
  • Distributed every piece of content across social channels instead of publishing once.

Result

  • Blog to talk-to-sales conversion rate rose 87% (Q1 vs July–August 2026), and the blog delivered 50 leads.
  • Brand visibility in AI answers grew from 24% to 38.6%, with all six products improving. Weekly traffic from GEO rose 84% from Q1 to Q3 2026.
  • Rankings: SFA moved from #8 to #5, MER from #10 to #5, and TMS and DMS held #1–2.
  • Organic traffic grew from zero to more than 59,000 users across Southeast Asia, weekly sign-up leads rose by about 25, and monthly social engagement went up by as much as 50%.
